1923-2008

Branch H. Colvin Sr., 84, of Cutice, Ohio, died Tuesday, MAy 6 2008, in St Charles-Mercy
Hospital, Oregon, Ohio.

Branch was born in Johnson County, Kentucky on July 16 1923, to Samuel F. and Julie J. (Blanton)
Colvin. He married Anna M. (Baldwin) in Kemtucky on March 29 1947, and she preceded him in death
on December 26 2005.

Branch was a boiler maker for many years working out of Local #85, Toledo, Ohio. He was a veteran
of the U.S. Navy serving in WW-II and a member of the United Baptist Church of Stoney Ridge in
Carey, Ohio. Branch enjoying gardening in his spare time and had a real green thumb when it came
to tomatoes.

Survivors include his children, Polly Ann Coffman, Curtice, Ohio, Branch (Colleen) Colvin Jr., of
Oregon, Ohio, Samuel L. (Kathy) Colvin, Toledo, Ohio, John A. (Jodi) of Elmore, Ohio. 14
grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and brothers, Douglas, Camden, Ohio, Chester of
Springfield, Ohio,

Branch was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Anna; sisters, Virgie Colvin, Lexie McCarty,
Kathleen Sparks, Anna Mae Williams, Luella Richardson, and brothers, Virgil, Sanford, Warner,
John, Walter, Ora, James, and Samuel.

Funeral services for Branch will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 10 2008 in the
Robinson- Walker Funeral Home, Genoa, Ohio.

Interment will follow in the LAke Township Cemetery, Millbury, Ohio.

Visitation will be in the funeral home from 1-8 p.m. on Friday, MAy 9 2008.
