CAMPBELL, Rev. George

REV. GEORGE RUSSELL SR., 78, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Jewish Hospital.

He was a native of Johnson County, KY, and a self-employed produce salesman.

He was preceded in death by one son; George R. Campbell, Jr.

Survived by his wife, Lavada (Perry) Campbell; seven daughters, Sharon Farris, Sandara Calkins,
Deborah Daniel, MeLinda Pyle, Janet Ghareeb, MeDonna Campbell and Michelle Summers; five sons,
Bobby, Fred, Paul F., William K. and Charles E. Campbell; two halfsisters, Bonnie Campbell and
Betty Landon; halfbrother, James E. Campbell; 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Schoppenhorst Brothers Funeral Home, 1832 West
Market Street. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and 12-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
