JOSEPHINE BOOTH
 
Josephine Booth, 81, of Springfield, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April
10, 2005 in Good Shepherd Village. She was born in White House, Kentucky on May 15,
1923, the daughter of Isom and Gracie ( Vanhhoose ) Wallen. Josephine was a member
of Beatty Free Will Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by
her parents, her husband Arlen Booth ; two brothers and one sister. Her survivors
include one brother Phillip Wallen of Urbana ; five sisters Irretta Justice, Lydia
Meek, Delores Burr Hurt, Ernestine Barry Aldridge, and Doris Calvert , all of
Springfield ; several nieces and nephews. Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the
Richards, Raff and Dunbar Memorial Home with Rev. Paul Calvert and Rev. John Wallace
officiating. Friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Burial will
follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
