Frank Blevins Jr , 59, died Sunday, December 31, 1989 in the Veterans Administration Medical
Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

Mr. Blevins was born December 14, 1930 in Johnson County, the son of Frank and Margaret Skeens
Blevins. He was a dry waller and carpenter.

Surviving are his wife, Josephine McKenzie Blevins; one son, David S. Blevins, of Plant City,
Florida; two half brothers, Ova Kimbleton, of Ashland, and Cecil Kimbleton, of Paintsville; one
half sister, Ora Jeanette Bowling, of Staffordsville; and one grandchild.

Funeral services were held Thursday, January 4, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with Tobie
Wheeler officiating.

Burial was in the family cemetery at Falcon.
