Loretta (Perry) Blackwell, age 79, a resident of Miamisburg, formerly of Paintsville, KY, passed
away on March 11, 2009.

She was born on December 31, 1929 in Johnson County, KY to the late Jeff and Minnie (Mollette)
Perry. In addition to her parents, Loretta is preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Royce
Katt.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Elmer R. Blackwell; children, Debbie B. (John)
Buckley, Daniel K. (Kathy) Blackwell Sr., Elaine B. (Gary) Eversole and Eric D. (Marla) Blackwell
Sr.; grandchildren, Dan Jr., Nathan, Amanda, Robb, Emily, David, Ashley, Evan, Eric Jr., Taylor
and Olivia; 6 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, an aunt, Swanee Penix; a sister-in-law,
Lois McCauley; a brother-in-law, Earl (Ann) Blackwell and 4 nieces and 1 nephew. Loretta was a 50
year member of the Miamisburg Christian Church. She was active in Helping Hands Food Pantry and
taught Tuesday School for 25 years.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 10:00 AM from the Miamisburg
Christian Church. Pastor Mike Tuttle officiating.

Burial Hillgrove Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, March 13, 2009 from 4:00 to 7:00 also at
the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Miamisburg Christian Church in Loretta's memory.
