William Long being by me duly sworn upon his oath says that, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of deceased, are Jane Mothershead widow, Martha, Clifton, John, Sterling, Johannah, & Mary Jane Mothershead children of said decd that said Thos. E. Mothershead died without a will; that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all, the estate of the said Thos. E. Mothershead and pay the debts, as far as the assets will extend, and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
