Minor Mothershead married Celia Hall in 1815 in Bullitt County Kentucky (Minor's father, William was still living in Warren County Kentucky at that time).
Minor Mothershead moved his family to Missouri - straddling the Jefferson County MO and the Washington County MO lines - sometime after 1820. Minor is on the Bullitt County KY 1820 Census, then in 1830 he is on the Washington County MO census.
Minor moved his family back to Kentucky after 1832. Minor along with his younger brother, Clifton Mothershead, served as Administrator of their father William Mothershead's Estate from 1829-1832.
Barbary Gentry was the daughter of David Hall as proved by David Hall's Will of 1815 in Bullitt County KY . David Hall was also the brother of Clifton Hall, and Clifton Hall was the father of Minor Mothershead's wife, Celia.
