GARRETT, JP in Byrd Twp; one issued on 18 Feb 1824 in favor of KERR & GRAHAM for $64 debt and $1.68 3/4 costs of suit, and $2.54 further costs; the other issued 11 Dec 1823 in favor of Greer W. DAVIS, assignee of William and Polly MOTHERSHEAD, against Ezekiel ABLE and Jeremiah ABLE for $177.81 2/3 debt and $25.52 costs.
