Stuart's "Royalty for Commoners" (108:35): Count of Bar-sur-Aube and

Soissons.

Stuart mentions only one marriage for NOCHER I, to ADELAIDE, widow of

GUI, but NOCHER II married AELIS, daughter of GUI & ADELAIDE, and since

this clearly could not be his maternal half-sister, NOCHER II must be a

son of NOCHER I by a previous marriage.
