"Isaac, as well as his sons Isaac and Jacob, and son-in-law, Elijah Jones,
was in the Revolution. He was in Lemuel Kollock's company, John Smith's
Regt., on the alarm of April 19th; his name is on a company return of
Capt. Lewis Whiting's, in Ephraim Wheelock's Regt., in camp at
Ticonderoga, Aug. 27, 1776, reported age 43, res. Wrentham; and on
another company return of the same company and regiment, as
discharged, Nov 11 1776. Isaac appears as a member of Capt. Nathan
Tyler's company in 1756, in the French War."
