His brother, Giles, Bishop of Hereford, in 1215, seized the Welsh

possesions which KING JOHN had caused their father to forfeit in 1208.

JOHN recognized Giles claim and, when Giles died in the same year,

Reginald was recognized as the lord of these lands.
