Notes

BS 334, 186:7, & 224:11 style him king of Ulster, but he does not appear on the

Ulster king lists or the annals as such. CGH p.327 shows him as ancestor of a

line titled "Leth Cathail". So it would seem that he ruled the part of Ulster

later called Leth Cathail after him.
