Stuart's "Royalty For Commoners" (223:37) & (267:37). (180:32) says she

was a wife of GARCIA IV and mother of URRACA.

On 15 Dec 1997, Todd Farmerie posted the ancestry of TERESA ALFONSO

(RIN 2401) based on the latest research. This generation is confirmed in

that posting.

On 23 March 1964, in response to my inquiry to the town clerk of

Yarmouth, Maine, regarding the ancestry of my great grandfather, Joseph

G. Mansfield, I received a response from Katherine P. Tinker. She cited no

sources. In the hand-drawn chart that she attached to the letter, she

identified Edward Peabody and Elizabeth Alden as the parents of Mary

Peabody.

Was the town clerk of Duxbury, Mass.

Other childen : John Peabody.
