Subject: Edwin L. Chase, MD
Message: Edwin L. Chase is buried on Chebeague Island, Maine. His stone reads: birth 1857 and death 1898. He was married on 5 July 1882 to Fannie Maria Grannell. Edwin and Fannie had three children: Albert L. Chase, Edith Chase, and Lillian May Chase. Lillian died within months of being born in 1892. Edith married William Borgeau and lived in Rumford, Maine for some time. No other word on Albert L. Chase. I hope that this helps and would be glad to hear if you can add to our understanding of Edwin Chase. Where was he trained? What was his speciality in medicine? Who were his parents? Please note that agranne is followed by a number 1 and not the letter l.
