Geraldine Fitzgerald
The daughter of a Dublin attorney, Geraldine Fitzgerald was born in Dublin, Ireland on Nov. 24, 1913. She began her professional acting career while still a teenager at the Gate Theatre, where her aunt Shelah Richards was the reigning star.
