Everett Klyce Bryant, age 74, husband, loving father, foster father, and grandfather returned to Our Heavenly Father on September 8, 1997, after a long illness in Provo. He was born June 1, 1923, in San Francisco, California to Marion E. Bryant and Marion R. Klyce. He married Janice Wiseman, producing 4 daughters. They were divorced. Married Alene Broadhead in Salt Lake Temple, producing 4 daughters. Everett was a Elder in the LDS Church. He was a veteran of World War II, Navy. Active in DAV, VFW and NARS. Everett was a wood foundry pattern maker, and a Cabinet builder by trade, owning his own business for many years. He is survived by his wife, Alene, daughters (8), Colleen Bryant (2 children), Zelma Watson (4 children), Janet Kriescher (Tim, 3 children), Carrie Goeson (Dan, 2 children), Floralyn Roberts (3 children), Rebecca Bott (Jason - 3 children), Melissa Bryant (deceased), Kendra Hall (Shad, 1 child), two sisters: Betty Cook (Tom), California, twin sister, Carol June Cochran (Mickey), Arizona; brothers: Harvey (Unknown), half-brother, Robert E. Lee, Jr. (Norine), North Carolina, Douglas Lee, New York, half-sister, Elizabeth Madugmo, Florida. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 12, 1997, at the Lakeview 4th Ward, 315 South 1600 West, Provo. Viewing from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at church. Jeremy Hix Bryson, 25, was tragically taken from us on April 17, 2010.

A Viewing will be held at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson St., Oroville on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Services will he held on Friday, April 23, 2010 at. 1:30 p.m. at the Nazarene Church, 2238 Monte Vista Ave., Oroville. The service will be immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at the El Medio Fire Hall. Graveside service will he held on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Wyandotte Cemetery, 4600 Foothill Blvd., Oroville. The family invites all to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to El Medio Professional Firefighters Assoc., in memory of Captain Bryson, 3315 Meyers St., Oroville, CA 95965.
