The Cardy family come from the Romsey area of
Hampshire.
Charles Cardy b1883 was in a relationship with Alice Kate Frampton they both lived in Highcliffe, Hampshire. Alice became pregnant but the couple was not allowed to marry and Alice was sent away. She went to London where Charles Frampton was born in 1902.
Alice later married William Pitt Bull.
