[8202] Book of McKee states that there was a Thomas McKee, b. 1749, who was the son of David who settled in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, arriving in the US in 1750s. Editors have assumed that he is the father of the children listed blow and arrived before 1794.

Father of these children unknown, but Book of McKee, p 119 states: "The following information was supplied by Forence McKee (Rockwell), 1018 Marion St, Denver, Colorado, August 23, 1954:

[4358] "The Book of Mackay" p 365 says the great-grandson of John Mac Gillies Mackay lost the lands of Achmonie c. 1670. This man named Gillies killed the laird of Grant's chamberlain at a rent collection feast in Glenurquhart, so his lands were declared forfeit.
