"A Guide to Irish Roots" by William and Mary Durning - says he was last King of Dalriada; Kings of Scotland from O'Flaherty's Ogygia, written in 1684, as reprinted in The Book of McKee, pg 407 says he was first King of Scotland in 503
FHL - "The Book of McKee," pg 271 - pedigree from William Skene, D.C.L., LL.D., Historiographer-Royal of Scotland, in "Celtic Scotland," Edinburgh 1890; this shows the history of Scotland as being the Irish Kings
Page 395 states: "In the year 503 three brothers named Fergus, Angus, and Lorne, sons of a chief named Erc, led a colony to Scotland from their own district in Irish Dalriada...Dalriada was the portion of Ulster that faced across to Scotland...northeast Antrim. Fergus (Ulidian) became king of Dalriada, and was known as Fergus McErc and Fergus Mor (the Great). He was descended in the fifth degree from Cairbre Riada of the Milesian race. To invest his actual crowning as king with greater dignity, he sent to Muircheartach mac Erca to borrow the Lia Fail. This inauguration stone of the Irish Kings, known as the Stone of Destiny, was fabled to have been the pillow of Jacob when he dreamed of the heavenly ladder. It is now kept in Westminster Abbey, and is known as the Stone of Scone. Fergus MacErc was duly crowned King of Dalriada on it, after which he conveyed it to Dunstaffnage Castle in Scotland."
Pedigrees of the Scottish Clans from Irish and Scottis MS "History of the Men of Alba (Scotland) 10th century Senchus Fer nAlban clancameron.simplenet.com/ states that Erc had twelve sons - 6 went to Scotland: Loarnd Bec, Loarnd Mor, Mac Nisse Becc, Mac Nisse Mor (same as Fergus Mor), Fergus Bec, and Fergus Mor. 6 others in Ireland: Mac Decill, Oengus (whose seed is in Scotland), Enna, Bresal, Fiachra, Dubhthach. Others say Erc had also Muredoch.
It also states that, according to Irish legend, the three sons of Earc mac Eochaidh Muinreamhar, named Fergus Mor, Loarn, and Aongus, settled in Scotland circa 505 A.D. where they established a colony of the Irish Dal Riada in Argyle.

SRU was expelled out of Egypt by the King - the son of Pharaoh an Tuer, i.e. of the pyramid -- and the Gadelians under his leadership began their voyage from the one of the mouths of the Nile and saled towards Cyrene, Lybia, where they settled for some time. Here their chief leader fell sick and died.
