Who is this Monger?
This photo was given to me by a cousin. It was owned by my great grandmother, Ollie Mae Monger Newberry.
It is an old tin-type

On the back it says: Mr. J. ? Monger.
The middle initial is very difficult to read and could possibly be a C or D or
A?
Under the name is says: West Plains MO
If you can identify who this is, I would be extremely grateful.
