*Dudley C. Peavey b. 1784c in Strafford, NH? Parents are unknown.  Birth & death dates/places are also unknown.  Rumors have death places are:  Camden, MI; Mecosta Co., MI; Coldwater, MI; near IN/MI border somewhere?; Ludington, MI etc.  As far as I can tell, all of these have been checked w/o any success.  Dudley had many children.  There are at least two sons unknown at this point.  Many researchers have long since passed away not knowing this information!  We have successfully proven that Dudley’s first-born son was named Daniel(my direct line), see tree for other children. -(Basic tree enclosed)

*Moses Peavy/Peavey b. 1824 in Strafford, NH.  According to death record, Moses’ father is listed as John and Mother’s maiden name is York.  We see that a John S. married a Sarah York in Tuftonboro, NH.  We believe this to be his parents but no direct proof of this. We are also trying to find where this John & Sarah fit into the big PV puzzle!  We have much info on his descendants (Basic tree enclosed)

*Ichabod Pevey/Peavy/Peavey b. 1761 CT? m. Marjorie Potter.  They had many children.  Some are still unknown!  His parents are unknown as well.  This line is well documented until you get to Ichabod Pevey Sr.  (Basic tree enclosed)

*Eliphalet Peavey/Pevy/Peavy b. 1794 in Stratford NH; d. 1876 Holland VT; resided in Barrington,NH; Barnstan, Canada; and Vermont.  We have land records of this.   We have many records on this line thanks to Grace Staples who has been faithfully visiting Canada and parts of NH to get us more info, and to Jalanne Barnes who has been busy compiling these records!  They have been very successful but still cannot get past Eliphalet!  (Basic tree enclosed)

*David Peavey/Peavy b. 1812 in Strafford, NH m. Lucinda Soule; had children in Maine. This is June’s line!!  She has been working hard off & on for many years hooking up Peaveys-let’s get her hooked on!  (Basic tree enclosed)

*John D. Peavey b. 1815 Canada.  We don’t have much on this line but feel strongly he fits in with the above.  (Basic tree enclosed)

*These guys are related-in that there is no doubt!  The question is how.   They have resided near each other, some have moved together, & named their children same/similar names to last many generations etc.  It is amazing how many similarities there are!  I have typed up some but there are too many to count or record properly.
