In 1745 JANE TRUMBULL was born in Voluntown, New London County, Connecticut. JANE’s parents are Walter Trumbull and Jane Campbell.

1760: MARRIAGE OF JANE AND JABEZ CLEVELAND

On 30 July 1760 JANE (age 15) married Jabez Cleveland in Mansfield, Tolland County, Connecticut. JANE and Jabez had at least five children:

1. Rachel (b. 3 July 1761)
2. SARAH (“Sally”) (b. 30 September 1762)
3. Rachel (b. 22 November 1764)
4. Frederick (b. 22 October 1766)
5. Charlotte (b. 26 July 1768)
