County of Sullivan In the Probate Court, Sullivan County

I James Beatty Judge of the Probate Court of Sullivan County, having examined the foregoing instrument, purporting to be the last Will of Henry Gramling, and signed by Sheldon Brown, William Bennett, Owen Wilson and Joel Deuitt, and having heard the testimony of Wm Bennett, Owen Wilson and Joel Deuitt subscribing witnesses thereto in realtin to the execution of the same, do declare this last will and testament of the said Henry Gramling late of Sullivan COunty deceased. Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of the Probate Court of Sullivan County at office in Milan this 16th day of August 1872.
