According to mom, the Luchese's that I am looking for came from New York to San Francisco all associated with the Bank of Italy then eventually Bank of America in San Francisco late 1890's. Of course I dont know if any of these luchese's were "enterprising" or not. Names researching are sisters Georgina Luchese, Gemma Luchese, Sinchetta Luchese, Eva Luchese, Ellen Luchese, Elvera Luchese, and their brother Olivo Luchese. All were born late 1880-1910. Their parents were Cesare Luchese and Egilia Luporini both from Lucca Italy. Apperently Cesare was associated with the bank and also his son eventually, but I am still searching for proof or documentation, but the 1906 earthquake and fire have almost made it impossible.

Any help much appreciated. I've searched several lists and its becoming futile. But I dont believe they came over by canoe!!!!
