Hello.

Hope it's OK to list the Sicilian families I'm tracking. As far as I know, all of them stayed in the Boston, Mass., area after arriving in either NYC or Boston between late 1800s and 1902 or so.

Danca or D'Anca -- Santa Caterina Villarmosa, Caltanissetta

Zita -- probably same village

Mistretta -- Not sure where; can't read the name on ship manifest: P or I Soffrano??

LaCascia -- also not sure

Amato -- not sure, but were living in Boston by 1902

I'm not trying to be lazy here and don't expect others to do research for me. Still, if any of this rings a bell, I'd love to hear from you.

Maybe we can share info?
