Tuesday, September 28, 2000. He was 80 and a resident and native of Baton Rouge (Louisiana). He was a retired carpenter and a US Army veteran of WWII.

Survived by wife, Lois Martin Digirolamo of Baton Rouge, five daughters and spouses, Vita and David Wendt, Kathy and Jeff Walton, Polly Digirolamo of Baton Rouge, Cindy and Darrell Pliler of Texas and Denise and Ken Tatum of N.M.; two sons, Anthony W. Digirolamo and wife Judy and David Digirolamo; two step daughters Lori Pabst and husband Darryl and Patricia Barnes and husband Johnny; 22 grandchildren, a g grandchild; Preceded in death by first wife, Alice C.  Digirolamo, 7 brothers, Carl, Henry, Frank, Nick, Joe, Sam and infant Henry.  and two sisters, Rose Blanchard and mamie Posey.
