I Give and Bequeath to my son William Brinton the Sum of five pounds Lawfull Money of the above Said Province to be paid in One Yar after my decease.
I Give and Bequeath to my two Daughters Mary Corbet and Ann Bettle all my houselhold goods and Stuf of all Storts to be Equally Devided between them part and share alike to gether with all the Rest and Resadue of my Personal Estate not before Disposed of To be Equally Devided between them in One Yar after my Deceas I Do also Nominate and Appoint my son Edward Brinton to be my Whole and Sole Executor to this my last will and Testament by me made and do Declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament in Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this Tenth Day of the Tenth month in the Yar of Our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two -- 1752
