I William Brinton Senr of the Township of Burmingham, County of Chester & Province of Pensylvania Yeoman, being weak of Body but of Sound and Disposing mind & Memory Prayses be Giving to God Therefore Doe make this my Last will and Testament that is to Say first & Principaly I Recommend my Soul into the hand of God that Gave it and my body to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like Mannor at ye Discretion of my Executrix herein after named And as touching Such wordly Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me withall I give & Dispose in mannor following My will is that all my Just Depts and funeral Expenses be first paid as Soon as may be after my Deceas.
I give and bequeath to my Loving wife Jane Brinton all the prophits of the Plantation I now Live on During her Natural Life to Gether with all my household Goods of all Sorts.
I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Bettle the wife of Samuel Bettle the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid to her by my two sons Joseph & Edward Brinton in one Year after the Deceas of my Wife it being the Remaining Sum of the purchis of my Plantation Not before Disposed of Remaining in their hands The Rest of my Children having already received their full part or Shear of my Estate I therefore Give and Bequeath all the Rest and Remainder of my Estate whatsoever not before Disposed of to my Loving Wife Jane Brinton whom I also Appoint my whole and sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testatment I Publish Pronounce & Declare this to be my Last will and Testament Revoking all other will or wills by me made Confirming this and no other to be my Last will and testament -- in Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Twentieth Day of fourth month in Year of Our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & fifty 1750

Then personally appeared Daniel Gest and Caleb Brinton and (being two of the people Called Quakers) on their solem Affirmations according to law did solemnly sincerely and truly declare and Affirm that they were personally present and did see and hear the testator above named sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing Writing to be his last Will and Testament and yt at the Deoing thereof he was of sound mind and menory to the best of their understandings
