Irish Baptismal and Marriage Records
Q. What types of records may I donate?
A. Church Records from Churches in Ireland. These would be Records of Baptisms and Marriages which were recorded in church registers. They are not civil registration records.
Q. Are there any special time periods covered by these records?
A. Records which are sought are from the earliest period they existed up to about 1900 for baptismal records and about 1915 for marriage records. We will not knowingly publish the record of any living persons
Q. How do I send in the records?
A. Preferably, they should be on an spreadsheet. A Microsoft Excel, or "Microsoft Works" both do work well. The spreadsheet should have columns which correspond to the following example for baptisms, and a slightly different one for marriage records. After they are entered onto a spreadsheet they may be e-mailed as an attachment to Tony Riordan at his e-mail address shown below.
