In Her Majesty's Surrogate Court of the County of Huron. Be it known that on the twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Ninety three, Letters of Administration of all and singular the Property of David McCarron late of the Township of Bruce in the County of Chippewa in the state of Michigan one ? of the United State of America, formerly of the Township of Ashfield in the County of Huron and Province of Ontario, deceased, who died on or about the seventeenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight [scratched out] nine, at the said Township of Bruce in the County of Chippewa intestate, and had at the time of his death a fixed place of abode at the township of Bruce in the said State of Michigan, were granted by Her Majesty's Surrogate court of the County of Huron to the Toronto General Trust Company of the City of Toronto in the County of York, an Incorporated Company. (John McCarron third living son of the said Intestate and Robert Christie Inspector of Prisons and Public Charities for the Province of Ontario having duly renounced all their rights and title to Letters of Administration of the said estate). They having undertaken faithfully to administer the same by paying his just debt and distributing the residue (if any) of his property according to Law, and to exhibit under oath a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Property and to render a just and true account of their administration within eighteen months or sooner of them as required.
