Carolyn is Manager of Bear Creek Village, a restricted manufactured home community.

Manufactured homes are also called mobile homes.  Our community is restricted to homes that have been manufactured in 1998 or more recently, unless approved by the owner and the manager.  There are rules about outbuildings, underskirting, decks and sidewalks.  There are also rules about maintenance of the homes and lots, so that a pleasant community is available to all residents.  Each home is located on a lot that is at least 60' x 110' or larger, and since the owner also operates a nursery, landscaping assistance is offered at cost.

Our Village started in November 1999, and has grown very slowly - right now we have only five homes in our community.  In the first phase, we can accommodate 78 homes, and have the space to eventually double that.
