     Jane Siegel, sister of the bride and maid of honor, wore a pink taffeta gown with round neckline and fitted bodice, pink mitts and a blusher veil matched her gown.
     Bridesmaids were Mrs. Edward Schneides, Mrs. Frank Weske and Patricia Smith. Their gowns of yellow, orchid and apple green matched the maid of honor's. All carried carnation bouquets.
     Janet Smith, flower girl, wore a pink taffeta gown and a string of pearls, gift of the bride.

William Charles Siegel was educated at Glyndon High School, Glyndon, Clay County, Minnesota.5 William was in "dray work and potato cellar work before starting farming."6 Between 1947 and 1975 William and Beatrice O. Jorgenson farmed at the Hawley area, Clay County, Minnesota.5 On 15 October 1947 William Charles Siegel married Beatrice O. Jorgenson, daughter of Hjalmer R. Jorgenson and Hilda Strandlien, at Dilworth, Clay County, Minnesota.1,4 He had "a large dairy herd." In the mid-sixties "their barn and whole dairy herd were burned. At that time they lived about 1-1/2 miles north of the farm which they purchased 8 years ago [c 1967]. They still farm the place where they used to live. They were without cows for 2 years."6 Circa 1975 William Charles Siegel and Beatrice O. Alexander Potter of Marytown & Ann Ducher.1,3 He and Ann Deuchar appeared on the census of 1881 at Brax Estate Woodend, St. Vigeans, Forfarshire, Scotland.4 He died on 11 December 1903 at Arbroath, Forfarshire, Scotland, at age 83.2
