Mr. Olander was born Jan. 21, 1932, in Audubon, Minn., where he grew up and attended school. During the Korean War he served with the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955. On March 24, 1956, he married Beverly Gift in Detroit Lakes. They lived in Moorhead where he worked for the M&H Station. He moved to Detroit Lakes in 1959 where he worked at the M&H Station and also drove a school bus. In 1963 he and Lowell Arndt started Olander-Arndt Bus Co. in Detroit Lakes. In the mid-1970s he purchased the entire business and continued to operate Olander Bus Co. until the time of his death. He had also continued to farm most of his life. On June 6, 1978, he married Carol Huebner Small in Milbank, S.D.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Steven (LaVonne) Olander and Michael (Lisa) Small, both Detroit Lakes; a daughter, Laurie Olander, Detroit Lakes; a sister, Hattie (Jim) Rislund, Waubun, Minn; and four grandchildren.".6

Extent 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 miles." Enumerated with Charles Valentine, an apprentice shoemaker aged 18, born in Arbroath, and Jean Mitchell, a domestic servant aged 12 born in Brechin.2
