Their children were John, born ___, died 12 Jul 1742; Margaret, b. ___; William, b. ____, died 1 Jan 1741. Margaret the daughter was married to Nathaniel Downing of Ipswich and had six children, viz: Nathaniel, John, Margaret, Jane, Lucy & Anna. Col. John Pyncheon died 25 Apr 1721. Margaret, his wife, died 11 Nov 1716.

In 1766, he had a cow, 2 hogs and 3 sheep, as well as 6 or 12 acres. No further mention. m. ---- ---- living at Amherst 1763. Children: John, known as John HUBBARD Jr; in 1766 he resided at AMherst and had livestock taxed.
Elisha HUBBARD: He and his family lived at Amherst from 1 Jun 1765 through Sept 1765 when the Selectmen warned them out of town as potential paupers. He was a resident of Amherst Sep 1766 and was taxed fro 2 oxen, a cow and hog, 15 sheep & no land. m. In 1835, he had 4 acres, bldgs, livestock & $50 income; also in 1840. He joined 2nd Church Nov 1831. In 1845 he had bldg, 13 acres, livestock & $50 income. In 1850 he was a shoemaker at Amherst with bldgs, 33 acres, horses & cows. Married Sarah SMITH, 9 Feb 1806 at Amherst. She was b. 1782 at Amherst, resided unmarried in Amherst in 1806, d. 21 Mar 1828 at North Amherst. Children: Orton, b. 15 Jul 1806 at Amherst; Timothy, b. 1808, prob. at Amherst, bapt as adult & joined 2nd Church March 1827.
