  Grand Masonic Lodge of Wisconsin, where he was its Grand Secretary in 1873-4.

A Mr. Hoskinson with NO known relationship to the family is shown in this photo of
     "Confederate Veterans and Sons Reunion, Middleburg 1886".
Found in book with call of "O543" at the Thomas Balch Library in Leesburg, Va.
Reading down each column of names and matching to the top row first, it is reckoned that W.H. Hoskinson 
is the forth man from the left in the bottom row with his knees spread and his hands clasped.
