For the sum of five shillings he conveys one hundred eighty acres of land situate in Woolwich Twp. and is to be taken from Robert Howey's other lands in the following manner...

    Land is near Oldman's Creek, Henry Richman's, and Robert Howey's other lands. Land description mentions Tatum Road.

    Land purchased by Robert Howe of William Foster, Esq. by deed dated the eleventh day of November, 1773 for four hundred seventy acres and three rods and is part of a larger tract of land that William Foster purchased of the heirs and executors of John Alford, late of the state of Massachusetts, deceased, by deed dated the 22nd of January, 1773 and recorded at the secretary's office in Burlington. Witnesses are Aaron Lippincott and William Haines.
