The Haven/Havens Surname in the United States

The Haven Surname Project is a genealogical research site dedicated to the Haven/Havens surname in the

United States

. It is an attempt to gather and distribute information on the descendants of Richard Haven of Lynn, Massachusetts , and other Haven/Havens lines, who immigrated to the

United States

prior to 1930. I am updating Josiah Adams' 1843 The Genealogy of the Descendants of Richard Haven, of Lynn, Massaschusetts and Judge Dwight C. Haven's 1933 Haven Genealogy Manuscript for future publication. The Haven Surname Project database currently has 8006 Haven/Havens individuals. If you are a Haven or a Haven descendant, please consider contributing your ancestry or descendancy. Any data submitted to the Haven Surname Project will be cited to the contributor in the final publication and the contributor will be noted on the website.
