I don't have much information about this Plat Book.  It was purchased on eBay in Fall 2000.  There is no date on it anywhere, but I'm pretty sure it's from the 1920s or '30s.  I hope you find it of some use.

I'm not sure who Oliver Overmyer is, either, except that I'm almost surely related to him, however distantly.  There's someone by that very name who is buried alongside my great-great-grandfather, Edward Karchner, in the family plot at Oregon Cemetery.  If you know who he is, please share!
