SAVANNAH - Services for Zora Ponds
Allen, 101, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Mrs. Allen, a homemaker, died Monday at Park Rest Nursing
Home of pneumonia. She was married to the late Charlie Clyde Allen.
She had a daughter, Eva Carman of Savannah. She had a sister, Lucille Thompson of Lexington, and a
