I Ralph Hollifield of the County of Wake and the stat4e of North Carolina, Do appoint this my last Will a Testament in manner and form as followeth to wit. I recommend my soul into ___ of the Almighty God that gave it to me. My Body to the Earth from whence it come to be Decently Buryed at the Discretion of my Executor or Executors hereafter Mentioned –
Then I give and Bequeath to my Loving Wife Jimmine Hollefield all my who and sole Estate as it stands to her, Her Lifetime, And at her Death the Land whereof I now live on I give to my Grandson, Sion Hollefield, and his Heirs. The rest and (remainder?) of my Estate I leave it to my Wife to Dispose of as she shall think proper. I do appoint Capt. Wm. Warren my whole and (sole?) Executor for this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Ninth Day of June One Seven Hundred Ninety.
