Researchers searching for Hoggs in Georgia

We are the Hogg family   -   JAMES HOGG (b. 1767-1775 in SC, d. 1840s in Newberry CO, SC) married ELIZABETH LONGSHORE (b.1760-1770) in the 1800s in Newberry CO, SC. They had five children: LEWIS (b. 1800 in SC, d. 1866 in Marion CO, GA), EUCLIDUS (b. 4/27/1809 in SC, d. 3/17/1855 in Talbot CO, GA), SAMUEL (b. 1811 in Edgefield Dist. SC, d. 1851 in Talbot CO, GA), SALLY/SARAH (b. 1805 in SC, d. 5/07/1883 in Van Zandt CO, TX), and POLLY/MARY (b. 1807 in SC).  We have now traced over 3000 family members descending from James & Elizabeth.

Lynette Jester - I am searching for any info on Sarah Hogg b. abt 1797. m. Thomas Johnson Stell. She had at least one child, Elizabeth who m. William Thornton. William and Elizabeth appear on the 1850 census in Randolph Co GA as being 31 years of age. Elizabeth died after the birth of my great grandmother Mary Ann in Dec 1860 in Sykes, Winn Par, LA

When Sally died is not known, nor her marriage date, nor the number of children she had. Thomas J. Stell fathered 10 children by two wives. She may have had another daughter named Amanda who m. Elijah Thornton. I have not been able to locate them yet. Elizabeth and William had a daughter named Julia Amanda, as did several other Thorntons.

Donald Hogg - Hello good cousions,cousions-in-law`s,etc.I am still searching information on John Hogg.Here is what I think I know.He was born 1776 in Hancock County,Georgia.His dad was James Hogg Jr.Brotyers were ;Holland Middleto Hogg Sr,William Hogg,Benjamin Hogg and Hatten Middleton Hogg.John Hogg`s wife was Mary (Polly) Foster.John and Mary had;Sarah Middleton,William Buchanan,Holland Middleton(my .gggranddad),Arthur Foster,James and Cene Foster Hogg. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jane - Dr. R.L.M. Hogg married Elizabeth V. Harton probably in Jackson, Madison Co., TN, about 1836. They had two children David and Calista in 1838 and 1840. Dr. Hogg apparently died because Elizabeth remarried in Marshall Co., MS, in 1844 John Balfour and had several more children by him. Does anyone know anything about these people? Appreciate any help.

Ricky Hogg - I lived in Fairburn,Ga.. I am trying to locate some of my family. All I know so far is that my Great Grandfather was Dave S. Hogg, his son my Grandfather was Willie Everett Hogg, his brothers were Upton,Earnest and Stanford Hogg,his sisters were Annie B., Alice and Ida Mae, my father was Willie Clyde Hogg, his brothers were David Edger and Joseph Leonard and his sisters were Effie Inez and Alice Louise
Hogg. I would be grateful for any information.
