Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas Wiley W. Watkins has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to Hiram & Andrew Johnson minors.
Now, we Wiley W. Watkins as principal and Levi Watkins his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Wiley W. Watkins will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
