All the information in this segment is taken from the book, “Serving with Honor”, edited by Michael E. Banasik.  It states on the front of this book, “Unwritten Chapters of the Civil War West of the River”, Vol. III, pub. 1999.   This book is the Diary of Captain Eathan Allen Pinnell.  There is a list in the back of the book with the names of the men who served in this unit.  I am listing those I know connect to William Thomas Johnson, Kit # 82017.

These two brothers disappear after this posting.  I have never found them anyplace.  Aaron Hughes married @ 1860 in MO to Ann Eliza McDaniel.  She remarries in 1866 in Texas Co. MO.  This tells me that Aaron Hughes did not survive the war.  Aaron & Ann Eliza have a son, William Thomas Johnson, b. 1863 in Texas Co. MO.  William Thomas Johnson dies in 1944 in Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co. TX.
