Hiram Dave Webb was the third child of Joseph Webb and Lucinda Emaline Evans Webb.  He was born in Lamar County, Alabama on October 7, 1865.  He lived around the Plantersville, Lee County, Mississippi area when he was young and married a girl from that same place, Rebecca Edwards, daughter of Matthew W. Edwards and Lucinda Anna Musido Francis Turner Edwards.  Rebecca was born in 1871.

The couple had six children known to us.  They are listed below.  The first was born in 1888, so the marriage was probably the year before.  They moved to Monroe, Oklahoma at some point after 1894, and lived there for a number of years.  They were living there in 1920 when the census found them like this:

The family eventually moved to San Joaquin, California.  

Hiram Dave passed away on March 20, 1943 in San Joaquin.

Kerley D. Webb  (died at the age of eleven)
     Kerley is buried in the Monroe Cemetery in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

Dr. Ardes Stevens Webb  (md. Rosa Ella Duncan)
     A.S. had nine children total.  He moved to Norman, Arkansas, and lived to be 71 years old, dying in 1966.

Carlis S. Webb  (died at the age of one)
     Carlis is also buried in the Monroe Cemetery in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

George Damon Webb (md. Thelma)
     George Damon was born on January 16, 1901.  He married and had four daughters.  He passed away on July 20, 1962, in Contra Costa County, California, at the age of 61.

Mercial Laurance Webb (md. Grace Lucelle Worley)
     Mercial and Grace lived in Contra Costa County also.  He was born on December 17, 1902, back in Oklahoma.  He and Grace were both struck by a bus as they crossed the street.  She died immediately and he did just a few days later.  Though I'm not sure, I do not think they had any children.

Lula Webb (md. Herschel Yeakley)
     Lula was born on March 2, 1907.  She married Herschel when she was 22 and they lived in California for many years, but retired to Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  She died in 1986 at the age of 79, and Herschel died in 1990 at the age of 84.  They are both buried in the Mount Olive Cemetery, Midland, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
