The
picture on the left is known to be of Charity Evans. The picture
on the right is a tintype without a name, found with a number of other
Webb tintypes. Barbara Carruth thinks it might be of Charity, so
I include it here.
Charity was born in 1845, one of the middle children of Lucinda and Thomas Evans. She married Andrew Thompson on October 7, 1877 in Lamar County, Alabama, but the couple at one point moved to LeFlore County, Oklahoma. It is not known when she died, but she lived what appears to be a fairly long life from the photo above and to the left. They had no children.
Charity and Andrew never had any children.
