Know all Men by these Presents, That we Augustus Dillen (Dillon) and William
Mastice (Mastin) are held and firmly bound unto "The Commonwealth of Kentucky,"
in the penal sum of fifty pounds, current money; for the payment of which, well and
truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors or administrators, jointly
and severally, firmly, by these presents; sealed with our seals, and dated the 8th day
of March 1830.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas, a marriage is intended to be
had and solemnized between the said Augustus Dillen (Dillon) and Elizabeth Hill: Now,
if there be no legal cause to obstruct the same, then the above obligation to be void,
else remain in full force and virtue.

I do hereby certify that I did on the 11th day of March 1830 celebrate the rites of marriage
between Augustus Dillen (Dillon) and Elizabeth Hill; and on the 18th of the same month between Ihanon Hitts
and Mary Sue Allison in pursuance of license issued from the Clerks Office of the County Court
of Mason according to the rules and ceremonies of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
