Wills and Probate

A Will is a detailed legal and binding document that determines the disposition of all of the property owned by a person that has died. It will contain property descriptions, names of heirs and family members, locations, as well as information about the families involved. Probate court is the final stamp of approval that makes a Will legal and binding. If a Will is contested, court documents multiply, meaning more information for you!

My research will give you all this information and a copy of the actual document if you wish.
