Wiatt Rose Burch was born on 24 October 1792 at Stephentown, Rensselaer Co, NY.. He was the son of Asa Burch II and Abigail Rose. He served in the War of 1812. He married Lucinda Brooks on 2 January 1817. He moved to Michigan in 1844. He died on 27 June 1864 at Convis, Calhoun Co, MI., at age 71.
