EMANUAL BRADFORD LASHLEY, born 1831 in Georgia, died May 19, 1906 in Eastman, Dodge County, Georgia.  Married (1) ELIZABETH PARKS November 7, 1850 in Pike County, Georgia.  Born 1832, died 1862 in Pike County, Georgia.  Married (2) POLEMIA ANN VIRGINIA POWELL January 4, 1866 in Pike County, Georgia.  Born June 8, 1839 in Pike County, Georgia, died July 20, 1912 in Eastman, Dodge County, Georgia.

Notes for EMANUAL BRADFORD LASHLEY:

From CI:  Believed to be a descendant of Edmund Lashley, R.S. born in Virginia and served in the North Carolina troops.  His wife's name was Delilah Olive.  Said to have been from Camelia , Georgia.  Also supposedly had siblings William ( 7/1/1852 ) and Lewis, buried Corinth Road, Jasper, Florida.  A sister Rebecca. 

Parents Emanuel Bradford Lashley and Elizabeth Parks.  Said to have helped establish Zebulon Baptist Church in Eastman. Pastor for a time.  E. B.'s parents: ? Lashley and Sarah ?, descendant of Edmund Lashley, R.S.  Sarah Lashley, Presumed mother of E. B., was living in Pike County , Georgia in 1850 and is shown with E. B. (listed as Manuel B.) and Lucinda.  She also had living with her, Delilah Lashley who was then 98 years old.   Delilah was known to be the widow of Edmund Lashley the Revolutionary Soldier from North Carolina.  EB is buried in Zebulon Baptist Cemetery, Eastmen, Dodge County, Georgia.
