PAYTON BEMBRY, SR., born September 11, 1918 in Hamilton County, Florida, died October 15, 1985 in Jacksonville, Duvall County, Florida.  Married LILLIAN INEZ LEIGH 1937, daughter of COSSIE LEIGH and LILLIAN ROEBUCK.  Born July 18, 1921 in Jennings, Hamilton County, Florida.

I have some information on Payton Bembry, Sr. and his descendants. He married Lillian Inez Leigh who was the daughter of Cossie Leigh and Lillian Blanche Roebuck. Lillian was the daughter of Allen James Roebuck and Minnie Octavia Avriett. Allen James Roebuck was the son of John Mark Roebuck and Sarah Abigail Reid. Peyton is buried at Cemetery, Jasper, Florida.
